789 Laser Engraving is a veteran-owned small business based in Oxnard, California, founded by a retired United States Navy Chief with a passion for creating meaningful, personalized gifts.

After 22 years of service in the Navy, I learned that the small things often carry the biggest meaning — the anchors earned during Chief season, a retirement plaque, a promotion gift, or something simple that reminds someone of the pride that comes with serving.

That same mindset now drives every piece we create.

Using laser engraving and UV printing, we design handcrafted gifts that honor military tradition, celebrate service, and tell a story worth keeping.

Our Story

What started as making custom gifts for fellow Chiefs quickly grew into something bigger.

Shipmates began asking for personalized items for Chief pinning ceremonies, retirements, promotions, and command events. Soon after, friends in fire departments, law enforcement, and EMS started requesting custom pieces as well.

Today, 789 Laser Engraving creates custom military and first responder gifts including:
